01 · The kitchen

The steak is the star.Everything else knows it.

Every cut is hand selected. Prime grade beef, chosen carefully, cooked the way a good steak deserves. No shortcuts between the kitchen and your table.

The water is right down the street, and the menu knows it. Jumbo lump crab cakes, oysters off the half shell, she-crab soup. Local seafood sits beside the beef, not behind it.

Salt, heat, patience. None of it is fast. That's the point.

Craft cocktails, made the long way. Fresh citrus, real ingredients, and a bartender who would rather make it right than make it fast. Start with Aine's Espresso Martini. It's the one the bar is known for.

The bourbon shelf is the pride of the bar. Tell the bartender what you usually drink and let them walk you up the shelf from there.

Wine by the glass comes off the back wall. Beer for the beer people. And the bar itself is a fine place to land while your table finishes dessert.
